We Deliver to UK mainland - Inc Ireland and scotland

Where we offer free shipping it is an economey service therefore 6 - 8 days elivery time scales
We use – Royal Mail (except during a strike) – Ukmail – City Link and Priority Express depending on weight and time frame.
Any NON-Faulty goods can be returned within 14 days of dispatch un-opened and undamaged with plastic protective covers / protection foam in tact for a full refund excluding carriage costs. Products over £50.00 are liable for a 20% re-stock and administration fee.
Signatures may be required – if you are not home to receive a delivery you will be notified and may choose alternative times, If returned to us further charges apply.
If you do wish to have your item insured please contact us and this can be arranged - it will protect you against damage – theft – loss to an agreed value.
Please do not sign for any item if you have reason to believe its damaged. We are unable to claim from couriers if you do so and the item is damaged we cannot replace it.
We ask that all customers check the contents before signing – if any item is damaged in transit and you have signed for it cannot be replaced.
If an item is found to be damaged you must refuse the delivery and return it to sender and contact us immediately so we can arrange a replacement.
Postage costs are fixed at £5.00 for all standard items, this is a signature courier delviery, however, on occasion we will contact you for items that are in excess of 10 KG for an additional fee of no more than £15.00. £50 or more qualifies for Free Delivery uk 2nd class parcel only.
If you do not obtain a returns number before sending items back then no refund will be issued and products returned will be rejected and returned to sender, no additional costs will be covered by BikersDivision ltd.
PLEASE NOTE ITEMS RETURNED as NON - FAULTY AND FOUND TO BE DAMAGED WILL NOT BE REFUNDED - YOU WILL BE EXPECTED TO ARRANGE YOUR OWN COLLECTION FROM OUR STORE! after 28 days it will be discarded.
