All orders placed via any stated method, email, phone, internal ordering systems, Face to Face
Is taken as a confirmation of acceptance of our Terms & Conditions.
Prices are correct as of February 2009 and we reserve the right to remove products from sales for 24 hours should a pricing error be made evident. Next day Delviery is possible, however, we ask you to contact us first to check availability. Most items with be delivered with 3 days.
All deliveries will be made within 28 days and you will be notified of any delivery that may exceed 7 working days (excluding Bank Holidays and National holidays) You accept responsibility to research your bike year and model prior to purchase and ensure that you have correctly identified the suitable component for you bike. If in doubt contact us, we will accept returned for incorrectly ordered items.
Any value, clerical or other errors including exclusion of any sales material or price list, invoice or other document or information issued by Bikers Division shall be subject to alteration without any liability to Bikers Division and without any prior declaration.
All goods remain the property of Bikers Division until paid for in full, no credit is available.
Items may be substituted with an item of the same type and quality if the item ordered is out of stock. The 14 day returns policy is still applied.
Sizing: Where stated sizes may have some variance as expected with various suppliers and manufacturers may alter stock to suit origin or country of destination.
Bikers Division will take all appropriate action to protect you the consumer, we will attempt to inspect ALL products before dispatch as a measure to reduce the chances of damaged products, however, we will not where products are protected by wrapping which would be detrimental to remove, or our suppliers send directly to you.
If you fail to report damage within 24 hours we cannot process a claim against the courier / supplier and no further action will be taken.
Where stock is to be replaced either the supplier or our team will only send a replacement when the damaged goods are returned inline with our returns process.
We cannot be held liable for any delivery time scales including but not limited to faulty goods replacements.
We will accept no responsibility for any other inconveniences or losses you may experience through damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied components.
We take all necessary precautions to ensure the accuracy of our product listings and accept no liability for any errors or omissions.
